Information About Your Stay

- 2-guests per suite max. Children under 3 do not count toward the 2 guest max per suite. All guests irrespective of age are charged the minimum gratuity. House Manager and Concierge send a Daily report to management company with suite and guest count. Any additional guests and suites used, not on final count and paid for prior to check in will be charged immediately to lead guest's credit card on file.
- All vendors and activities at the house must be approved in advance of reservation.
- Any additional activities, services, vendors (not planned or discussed and approved prior to arrival), must be approved at least 24 hours in advance of reservation.
- No smoking or "vaping" of any type in the house and any butts must be safely disposed of, and not thrown in the bushes/landscaping, pots etc.
- No pets of any type.
- All vendors or services bringing equipment must enter the property from the beach/beach access gate.
- No fireworks of any type.
- No guests may use the Kitchen and kitchen will remain locked after each meal and through out the night after the last meal. The kitchen will remain locked unless Mexitravels staff is in attendance and on the property.
- Laundry is not available for guest use. Laundry service is available through the concierge/Mexitravels for an additional cost.
- Sunday & Major Holiday kitchen staff/service is an additional fee. If you don't choose to have the service the kitchen will be locked. Please discuss with your concierge.
- All food, beverage and alcohol consumed on the property must be ordered and purchased through the concierge service.
- Absolutely no "day guests" on the property.
- Parties, bachelor, or bachelorette parties must be pre-approved.
- Any unpaid fees to the concierge or other services the guest ordered will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Check in is after any time after 3:00pm.
- Check out is by 12:00pm Sharp.
