Should you be driving, please be careful. Use the following directions or your GPS. 

From the airport, follow signs to Puerto Vallarta on Highway 200 South toward Downtown Puerto Vallarta / Manzanillo.

After passing downtown Puerto Vallarta continue to proceed South on Highway 200 to Conchas Chinas/ Mismaloya.

Approximately after 2 miles from downtown, you will see a Plaza with parking on the right hand side with an OXXO, pharmacy, and a large Applegate Real Estate sign all in the same plaza.

Sagitario street is immediately next to the Applegate sign and the Taxi stand. 

Take the street down toward the Ocean, in a few hundred feet, you will see a beautiful natural stone walled Villa with many clay potted palms next to its front door.
